THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD is designed to introduce new customers to your establishment all the while offering an incredible deal too your current clientele.
As a GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD participant, your establishment will gain long term business security by consistently drawing new customers in to take advantage of the discounts. You can also rest assure that because of our extensive advertising program your sponsorship will reach hundreds of thousands of consumers via television, radio, email, direct mail and internet. The GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD plans to expand membership access to additional clubs in other major cities such as Miami, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas, to name a few.
In becoming a GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD participant, your establishment is required to grant FREE express entry (no waiting in line) to GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD cardholders in exchange for a 2-drink minimum (purchase)requirement for general admission and/or access to the VIP section for a minimum 1 bottle purchase. Your location is also required to display THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD membership emblem in your place of business.
To activate THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD membership you must complete and sign this membership agreement. The LIFETIME membership fee is only $500 (five hundred dollars), and includes all advertising expenses.
This contract shall become effective when payment is received and can only be cancelled by mutual agreement and signatures of both parties.
This agreement embodies all the terms, covenants and conditions of the agreement, and cannot be modified or altered in any way without the written consent of both parties.
1. Terms of Agreement:
a. THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD reserves the right to cancel any membership if participating merchant is found to be fraudulent in any way.
b. THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD restricts rights, commencing on the Effective Date, to use and provide special rates from participating merchants.
c. THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD will insure discounts of 10% - 50% for cardholders from all participating restaurants and sports bars.
d. THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD will insure FREE admission and express entry (i.e. no waiting in line) to all cardholders. Cardholders are required to purchase a minimum of 2 drinks at participating Night Clubs and/or Lounges when presenting THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD.
2. Legal Rights:
a. Neither Merchant nor customer shall copy, share or reproduce THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD.
b. Nothing stated herein shall be deemed to grant, transfer, assign or set over unto Merchant any right, title, interest or ownership of THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD, all of which is hereby expressly reserved by THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD.
3. Warranty:
a. THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD shall not be liable for amounts representing loss of profits, loss of business, directly or indirectly consequential to improper use of THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD.
b. Merchant agrees to hold harmless THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD from and against expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of Merchant and Customers use of THE GLOBAL VIP EXPRESS CARD.
